Aino and Posti expand their cooperation

Aino Health Management and Posti Oy have decided to expand their partnership. Posti Oy has already implemented the Aino HealthManager system for work ability management. The system supports supervisors at Posti with their daily work. In addition, Aino HealthDesk provides a user-friendly healthcare telephone service that enables Posti employees to benefit from advisory services and effective treatment. Aino HealthDesk ensures that employees are provided with appropriate healthcare and, when needed, immediate access to occupational healthcare services. In its first phase, the service covers 5,000 production employees at Posti.

Aino HealthManager supports Posti supervisors with work ability management processes. It collects data related to sickness absences and health and offers a streamlined solution for its preventive management and reporting. It also provides practical tools for the HR department and managers and enables the occupational healthcare provider to respond early enough.

agreement had been signed.
