Suomen Lähikauppa invests in sales managers’ work ability

The project began with an electronic check-up. The participants evaluated their health in terms of dietary habits, experiences of pain, sleeping patterns and coping at work, for example. Aino’s electronic health examinations are based on the Current Care Guidelines of Duodecim, which enable people with health risks to be guided to the appropriate treatment path.

Companies are increasingly including fitness tests in their health management systems. After the tests at the Suomen Lähikauppa chain of grocery stores had been completed, a personal health plan was prepared for each participant in cooperation with an Aino coach.
