Chairman of the Board
Cecilia Hollerup has a master’s degree in Law from Lund University and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from Malmö University. She has over 20 years’ experience as a banking lawyer at Handelsbanken and an independent savings bank, where Hollerup worked with banking law, with an emphasis on financial law, company law and insolvency law. Hollerup has also worked five years at the accounting firm and held several senior positions in banking and auditing. Today she mainly specializes in regulatory matters for financial companies and stock exchange law. Hollerup has a number of Board of Directors assignments, including Swedish Growth Fund AB, Idogen AB, Sveland Animals Insurance AB, Oberoende Försäkringar AB and Inuheat AB.

Ingrid Atteryd Heiman
Ingrid Heiman has been the Chairman of the Board in Ellen AB, Food Supplement Europé and Svensk Egenvård AB. She has been Board member in Doxa AB and Radix Competes AB. She has worked as acting Managing Director in Ellen AB and Managing Director in Swedish Egenvård. She has also worked as a management consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton.
Peter Berntsson, based in Malmö and Stockholm, is highly experienced in the technology and industry sectors and leads Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice in Sweden. He also serves clients in consumer, media, and retail sectors. Peter conducts high-profile searches for CEOs, directors, and a range of C-suite positions, provides senior management appraisals, and consults in executive team effectiveness. He is active across the firm’s CEO, Digital, Health, Industry, and Consumer Practices.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Peter was a Senior Management Consultant at Triathlon Consulting Group in Gothenburg. Previously, he worked eight years in the telecom and IT industries, including management roles with Ericsson, Parallel Consulting, and Icon Medialab while based in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Peter started his career at Skanska as a Project Manager working in Sweden, the US, and Egypt.
Peter earned an MSc in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, in the US.
Jyrki Eklund has contributed to the implementation of health management practices as part of organizational management practices. He has been involved in various projects with, for example, the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, building new health management concepts for different occupational groups. Before joining Aino Health Management Oy, Jyrki worked at Nedecon Oyj in the field of technology consultation. He was in charge of internationalization projects on both board and management level and he also served as the country manager in Singapore with Southeast Asia as his area of responsibility.
Jochen Saxelin joined Aino Health Management in 2002 and has since worked as the CFO of the company. He has previously served as an auditor at KPMG and and as a CFO of the publicly listed company Endero Oyj. Before joining Aino, Jochen worked as a financial controller at Nedecon Oyj.
