As our SaaS business develops, we are looking for a junior consultant at the beginning of his career to work with us.
User support for the Aino HealthManager SaaS solution
You are fearless and responsible and want to develop into a Customer Support professional for Aino HealthManager. Customer-centric working style is important at working in Aino. In your work, you technically support the usage of our customers’ main users with technical usage of work ability processes in the HealthManager system and you support also the onboarding of Aino HealthManager to our new customers in Finland and internationally. You have Aino’s professional development team and implementation project team to support you to grow into your role to be involved in the adoption of HealthManager to create impact for our customers. During onboarding projects you will participate to ensuring and testing the readiness of the interfaces and provide user support and training for the main users of the client organizations.
We expect you to have an suitable education for the position, for example a data specialist or an AMK degree. You can also be in the final phase of your studies. You have some work experience and especially the desire and motivation to develop into a SaaS company customer support and implementation project professional. We value experience working with SaaS solutions. You should be fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish language is an advantage and other languages are a nice plus for an international company.

Your goal is the smoothness and efficiency of using HealthManager and the technical implementation of customer projects. We expect you to be customer-oriented, take on the right things and manage the whole. You can easily use html, CSS, and Office applications and you are fearless in using other technical solutions on a daily basis. Javascript knowledge also helps in daily work, but it is not necessary.

Our technological solutions and our team enable the successful handling of the work. The position of junior consultant prepares you well for the world of product/application development or customer work (project) management, taking into account your own career goals.
