Using Professor Ilmarinen's Work Ability House framework, it identifies challenges, conducts root cause analyses, and provides actionable guidance to foster well-being and productivity.

-
Our platform seamlessly integrates with HR tools like Personio and WFM and payroll systems and other global/local service providers. This ensures minimal disruption and maximum efficiency for your team.

Technical Implementation time varies depending on the size of your organization and the complexity of your existing systems. Typically, onboarding takes a few weeks, with our team providing full support throughout the process.
We advice customers to reserve 2-3 months calendar time for the implementation. IT should reserve 1-2 days to prepare interfaces from HR master and WFM/Payroll systems, HR should reserve 3-5 days for the operational model and data review + some time for change management and communication within the organisation.
