How the integration works:
- User provisioning: When you integrate Personio and Aino, new employees and absence data are automatically added to Aino when added in Personio. Automated detecting of employees with early signs of wellbeing challenges, systematic preventative process and automated reminders. Aino provides reporting and preventative digital service paths. User roles and access rights are automatically generated for employee, line manager, HR, health and safety/occupational health.
- Employee Lifecycle: Whenever employee data is updated in Personio it automatically updates in Aino. This ensures your employee information is up to date all the time.
- User Deprovisioning: As long as employee’s contract is terminated or employee is not included in the interface, employee does not have access to Aino any more. How ever Aino will save employee data as per defined data retention time for employee data after the contract has been terminated.
- Time Management: Ainos system can handle absences, vacations, overtime and working time to trigger automated workflows based on early detection of wellbeing challenges based on time management data in Personio. Also absence % calculation reporting is available based on the source data from Personio.
- Also: Automated workflows between employee, supervisor, HR, occupational health and health and safety can be created based on data from the Personio interface. The Aino platform has several functionalities, including real-time dashboard with reporting of sickness absence as well as root causes of wellbeing challenges. Aino platform offers automated built-in guidance for leaders to discuss root causes behind wellbeing challenges and options to create an action plan with follow-ups in detail. Preventative wellbeing actions and return to work plans can include external wellbeing service providers integration.
