What is a completely ordinary autumn week at Aino’s office like? A bit gray, a bit dull, mostly according to schedule, and quite predictable. But also, absolutely absolutely amazing. For more than 25 years, together with leading companies and public organizations, we have paved the way for a reform of the Finnish HR industry with the idea of systematic leadership support. A methodology that is today fully digitized and is now sharply used and attracts attention all over the world. We are extremely proud of all the exciting things that are happening at Aino right now, but it is also clear that none of this would have been possible without qualitative collaborations with our customers and partners. This is how we maintain our position at the forefront of development, in Finland, in Europe, and in the world.

Sustainable Employer 2030

The city of Rovaniemi has been using Aino since 2018 and has decided in its new strategy to become a fully sustainable employer by 2030 at the latest. For its 2,200 employees, it is now therefore taking the next step and implementing our latest version of HealthManager. With the new features, the organization gets even better support to maintain regular and qualitative development talks with its employees. In this way, future health challenges throughout the life of the employee can be detected in time and prevented. That public organizations want to make their development journey with us means that more healthy employees within healthcare, education, and care go to work every day. This makes us proud and it makes our methods even better along the way. Upwards and forwards we develop together.

Partnership for Development

Aino’s method development is also dependent on smart collaborations with strong partners. We are happy to announce that Lappica Oy, which is jointly owned by the city of Rovaniemi, Lapland WC, Rovaniemi municipal education company, Rauna, Sodankylä, and Ylitornio city, is now becoming our latest partner. Through our partnerships, even more employees in public operations gain access to the positive effects of our methods. In Finland, more than 40,000 employees within healthcare are covered by our platform, society’s real superheroes.
